| What do you typically do for your nanny for her birthday? We love our nanny and she's worked for us in a share and for just my kids for over a year total. I'm obviously having DD make her a little craft/card but want to give her a gift as well. |

| Gift card or cash, unless she's mentioned something specific she wants. I love gift cards for massages or movies, but the truth is a nice note telling me how much you appreciate me will send me over the moon more than any amount of money. That's something I'll keep indefinitely. |
