Sugar Scrub or Salt Scrub

Which one is better? Any recommendations?

Salt can sting if you've shaved recently or have any nicks on your skin.

Trader Joe's sells a sugar scrub that I really like, and it's affordable.

if you are prone to yeast infections, stay away from the sugar scrubs.

I love the Bliss hot salt scrub. Pricey but wonderful. (Also recommend the body butter - mmmmm.)

I love the Aveda Carribean Therapy scrub. It smells SO good. I believe it has sugar and salt. I think it around $40 and well worth it!

You can make your own salt scrub, which I do all the time and works great. Just get some jojoba oil, alomd old, and mix with a fine sea salt. You can also add essential oils.
