Inexpensive pies or other make-ahead meals? What is a pie, dessert or breakfast casserole that I can make a TON of (say a dozen for friends, plus more for my family, and won't break the bank?
Baking in bulk... just something nice I want to do for each of my friends some upcoming weekend. |

| Cheese and spinach quiches can be inexpensive. You can make crust or look up the "crustless" bisquick recipe. |

Make cookie dough, portion it and freeze. Pull out however you want to make.

| Get the small aluminum loaf pans and make cakes with drizzled icing. Does’t have to be pound cake - just find a recipe with sour cream in it. Or make a bunch of apple cinnamon or banana or cranberry orange mini loaves for breakfasts. |

Quiche. They freeze very nicely. You can do a variety from Lorraine, broccoli, smoked salmon, etc. there is a great French onion soup quiche recipe too.
Breakfast dumplings or blintzes with ricotta/mascarpone. Also freeze well. |
