What are you doing today?

How are you filling your time on this lazy Sunday?

My daughter is sick so we are having a movie day. My son put on a magic show. I am making potato skins & buffalo chicken dip for later. I am happy we aren't having anyone over for the Super Bowl.

Took the dog on a long walk because weather is so nice, grocery shopping, did a little work, kids have friends over...should have exercised but didn’t—oh well

Went to see The Green Book. Excellent movie, had the whole theatre to ourselves

Went to PetSmart with our 2 year old because she loves seeing the animals there. Did some grocery shopping, got lunch, and now she’s napping. DH is about to do a ride on the Peloton and I’m relaxing.

My daughter could spend hours in PetSmart looking at the hamsters!

I woke up early and worked out, then did dishes and laundry before the kids woke up. Then we got them hair cuts, went to a kid’s birthday party, then playground and lots of playing outside. They came inside, ate dinner and dropped from exhaustion by 6. I call this a successful day!

Took dd to a birthday party while Dh worked at home and relaxed in an empty house. Lunch and nap for everyone. Dh chilled with dd while I lazed since I'm pregnant and exhausted. Dinner was leftovers. We are not really football people so he's keeping track via gamecast and I'm ignoring the whole thing.

We enjoyed warmer weather at Clemyjontri Park. There were lots of kids happy to play outside.

Hmm, what did we do. Kids are 2 and 4.5

It was my turn to "sleep in" until 8/830. After I got up, we all ate McD's breakfast sandwiches, and then chilled. Kids played, DH had coffee and read a book, I had coffee and read the Sunday paper.

Then I started cooking. DH took the 2YO to Target to stock up on diapers, paper towels, etc. The 4.5 year old painted while I cooked (with lots of interruptions). Then he was allowed to play Mario on the iPad so I could actually cook.

Then lunch, nap for 2YO, and to my in laws for early Sunday dinner. Home, bed for kids, Super Bowl and catching up on emails.

I took 4 yo to gymnastics while DH slept in. I dropped off DS and met two friends for gym, spa, and early dinner.
