Hot flashes or getting hot too easily

Does anyone else experience hot flashes or getting too hot easily? I went to the mall with a friend of mine to walk around and went into a store that seemed to have the heat too high. I was wearing pants and a short-sleeve shirt, but I felt like I was in a sauna and my face became really flushed. I felt like I was sweating and couldn't regulate my temperature even after leaving the store. I feel like I need another shower today and it isn't even spring yet! Anyone else have this problem while pregnant?

Oh my gosh - I thought I was 29 going on 59 the hot flashes just surged.

It's a hormone thing. Some women are more sensitive to it than others. You'll probably still experience them, although not quite as intense, when you BF.

Me too - I can't seem to stay cool enough! My poor husband has to sleep with the window open every night. The worst is when it is warm and there is little air circulation, I begin having difficulty breathing. Yuk! Thank goodness it is the winter and not a hot, swampy Washington August!

Yes, me too -- and I was very pregnant in summer! My husband walked around in sweaters and with layers on in the house b/c I kept the air con on so low

I was super prego last summer, and it was a hot one. I thought I was going to die! As a teacher, I was home during the day, and on the days we hit 100, I just didn't even go out of the house, I couldn't take it.

I'm with you. The last two days have been beautiful outside - and completely miserable in my office. I've been so hot I can barely think. I seriously considered going home 'sick' I was so grumpy.
