+1. Over 2,000 comments and most don't believe it's Kate. And they live in Britain and see her pics all the time.

Most have been very supportive of them too in other threads

The simplest explanation is... abdominal surgery.

You may need to sharpen your razor. It's dull.

Surgery-related weight loss would cause her cheeks to cave in, not to look refreshed.

Yes. Look at the video and the stills. Her cheeks are gone. They'll come back over time, as she recovers, hopefully.

The apples of her cheeks look rounder/more youthful and her jawline is firmer. That's not the same thing.

Exactly, her cheeks look fuller and this person has a shorter chin.

She looks healthy and natural. Good for her.

Omg please stop. Her legs look emaciated, just skin and bones. She’s lost a lot of muscle since she was younger.

You’re definitely part of the problem.

I think people are saying she looks younger because she's so skinny she looks like a tween. Her thighs are definitely too thin, her knees are bigger than her thighs.

But makes sense if she did have abdominal surgery.

If she lay in bed for a while and was then under doctors' supervision, she'd gain wait after the surgery.

No she wouldn’t. She’s probably on a very strict diet per her doctors. Leave her alone.
DP

What kind of doctor thinks it's a good idea to lose weight as you're recovering from surgery? Since you're obvious a doctor, maybe you can explain.

You seem angry. If she had any kind of gastrointestinal issues, then she would be on a very strict diet right now. Not to lose weight, but to make sure her digestive tract is functioning and healthy. Clearly you don’t know anyone who has had Crohns or IBS or anything of that nature.

You seem abusive.

Kate would be on a diet restricted as to what she ate, but not restricted as to calories. No responsible doctor is going to put an already very thin woman on a calorie-restricted diet.

The PP is right. A gastro friendly diet is usually low fat, very low or no dairy, low or no gluten. It’s actually really hard to gain weight on that diet especially if you are naturally thin. I could have an “all you can eat” diet of low fat protein and vegetables and I would be a size 00. I have a couple family members that were out on these gut friendly diets and they are skeletal. They’ll probably all live to be 120.

DP. If it was a resection of her bowel, I don’t know why you’re claiming a strict diet is required. My hospital menu, after the NG tube w/ TPN was removed, encouraged all soft caloric comfort foods: mashed potatoes, gravy, Mac n cheese, pudding, etc etc. I won’t presume to know Kate’s private medical journey and don’t pretend you know any better.

This - For the sick, underweight is not desirable. Doctors would want anyone her size to gain wait.

Precisely. The simplest explanation is what they told us all along. Serious abdominal surgery. But the facelift speculation is to be expected from this crowd.

Look at pics of other women who have lost a lot of weight. Their faces become smaller. They become smaller.

Exactly.

I never followed the royals closely until all of this recent craziness - just not really my thing - but I admit I got swept up and am now ready to be DONE. What a s**t show and why did I even GAF, sheesh.

No more!!

Nice try we aren't irritated and will still talk about this.

Soon we will be asked to believe any Trump claim, no questions asked.

“Abusive”? You must be the poster accusing anyone who dared to disagree with you of using “foul language,” which of course we all know you were lying about.

At any rate, I’m sure you could use your Google machine to look up special diets that people with any kind of gastrointestinal illness would need to stick to. But you won’t because you prefer to continue the crazed speculations. Carry on, detective warrior!

Whatever's going on with the weight loss, or whether this is actually Kate, you're still abusive. You don't understand that a dozen different posters have called you that.

You do know there are many people posting here… right? But it’s cute you think only one person is calling you out. You are the very epitome of abusive. But do continue playing the victim.

That’s because the DM crowd is the same bunch of conspiracy theorists on this thread.

You do realize that there are professional Will and Kate impersonators, right? Anyone could have hired them for a walkabout and a photo.

(It looks like the actual couple to me, but I’m not really invested. The woman in the car with Carole always had Pippa’s jawline)

Trump used a Melania stunt double

TMZ shared the metadata from the video. It was taken March 16, 2024 at 12:43 pm.

“No! That can’t be!! It must have been taken years ago!”

It's not her. Doesn't matter when it was taken.

NP. I knew there would be someone clinging to the insane conspiracies. It’s clearly her, get a grip.

+1

Which is why the maliciousness on this thread, most of which has now been deleted, is not harmless.

. Mommy makeovers include tummy tucks. Which are abdominal surgery. Obviously she added in some face work too. Lol

She didn’t need tummy tuck. She either lied about abdominal surgery to cover up cosmetic surgery on the face or this isn’t her

Keep telling yourself Kate is grateful that to you for protecting her against a bunch of ... checks notes... bored moms.
