Yes, it would be good to know what the outcome of the Aug 26 court appearance was. It would put a lot of minds at rest if he was a step close to doing a long sentence.

There was a phone number included in the original arrest report for anybody with information. You could start there.

Why is the defendant’s name the only one that is reversed, last name first? Is that typical?

While it’s good of you to spread the word, there’s no need to be insulting here.

My own kids finished competitive swim years ago here in VA, so no worries about crossing paths with the accused (and if guilty, what a scumbag!).

But agree: the ASA is not going to go any further than it must to inform parents. These situations unfortunately harm the whole organization and the sport, sadly.
