Just got back from Hardy. The lines are very long, but are moving and it is very well run. Nice job DC DOH!

a friend there reports long lines -- at least 2.5 hrs.

we went this evening and arrived at 7:00 - we bailed after 15 minutes when we realized it was going to be at least another hour. We will try again.

Got there at 5 and got shots at 8. Inside they do a line up inside the auditorium. There was a little bit of confusion when they got some rows out of order. I spent 90 minutes outside and 90 minutes inside. It was very orderly and I think they did a good job overall.

I am just relieved I brought enough food for my kids or it would have been miserable.

we got in line there at 545 and left the building at 915. 3.5 hours. it was very long, and we were not prepared for such a long wait. i guess it was pretty well organized overall but there were some line jumpers in the auditorium portion that were pretty galling. good luck

Long long wait. Arrived at 5, long line, got inside the building 6:15, sat down at 630, left close to 8:00. At least we could sit down for most of it. Problem is H1N1 shot administered on a small stage in the auditorium which of course becomes a bottleneck outside. While they were quick on stage, it still was too small a venue to administer that much vaccine to that many people. But at least they had the vaccine and the staff were incredibly nice. However, had I seen the inside setup from outside probably wouldn't have waited. Thought the process was well organized though, but at some point people were coming in and some who were just starting a new row of waiting managed to get in the vaccination line and a few people who just came in went and cut in line. People in the section up next were getting pretty annoyed. Even if the situation was a bit confusing, there is no way anyone reasonable would assume that they were ahead of all those other people sitting there before them.

Arrived at 4:30 and we were out the door by 7:00

at least we all had pretty much the same experience. but it was frustrating to think you were just about to enter the magic door, only to find that there was another wait behind it. I really felt bad for those people in the middle section. It was just as we entered that they realized the volunteer had been sending people out of turn. I would have left had I known that it was going to be 3+ hours.
