And the next top photos say similar things.

I’m sure that comment was posted by the world’s leading abdominal surgeon.

I had abdominal surgery, twice. And I was told not to carry things for several months. Also, it's easy to gain weight when you're sitting on the sofa watching Netflix all day, so I actually had to watch myself.

I was out a week after a facelift. And nobody could tell. I told my kids I had my wisdom teeth out- wrap, swelling.

Even my own mother who saw me two weeks later still has no idea.

Tamra Judge was on camera 10 days after hers.

I never thought facelift. But zooming I see super defined cheekbones - that can’t be from great contouring makeup because the Princess Party told us Kate was sans makeup. So high cheekbones and super skinny. Hmmm.

She looks healthy and natural. Good for her.

Omg please stop. Her legs look emaciated, just skin and bones. She’s lost a lot of muscle since she was younger.

You’re definitely part of the problem.

I think people are saying she looks younger because she's so skinny she looks like a tween. Her thighs are definitely too thin, her knees are bigger than her thighs.

But makes sense if she did have abdominal surgery.

If she lay in bed for a while and was then under doctors' supervision, she'd gain wait after the surgery.

No she wouldn’t. She’s probably on a very strict diet per her doctors. Leave her alone.
DP

What kind of doctor thinks it's a good idea to lose weight as you're recovering from surgery? Since you're obvious a doctor, maybe you can explain.

You seem angry. If she had any kind of gastrointestinal issues, then she would be on a very strict diet right now. Not to lose weight, but to make sure her digestive tract is functioning and healthy. Clearly you don’t know anyone who has had Crohns or IBS or anything of that nature.

You seem abusive.

Kate would be on a diet restricted as to what she ate, but not restricted as to calories. No responsible doctor is going to put an already very thin woman on a calorie-restricted diet.

The PP is right. A gastro friendly diet is usually low fat, very low or no dairy, low or no gluten. It’s actually really hard to gain weight on that diet especially if you are naturally thin. I could have an “all you can eat” diet of low fat protein and vegetables and I would be a size 00. I have a couple family members that were out on these gut friendly diets and they are skeletal. They’ll probably all live to be 120.

“Abusive”? You must be the poster accusing anyone who dared to disagree with you of using “foul language,” which of course we all know you were lying about.

At any rate, I’m sure you could use your Google machine to look up special diets that people with any kind of gastrointestinal illness would need to stick to. But you won’t because you prefer to continue the crazed speculations. Carry on, detective warrior!

https://www.marieclaire.com/culture/g19599018/kate-middleton-most-controversial-moments/

Stories are written about the royals all the time, and rarely does the palace ever comment. That was true for Kate until Tatler dropped a cover story about the Duchess for which they allegedly spoke to a bunch of her “friends.” The sources claimed Kate was upset about her workload following Meghan and Harry's royal exit.

Usually Kensington Palace would be hush-hush about this, but they released a statement saying "a swathe of inaccuracies and false misrepresentations" were reported in the article. Kate and William sent legal letters demanding the story be taken down from Tatler's site, but the publication dismissed them.

"We can confirm we have received correspondence from lawyers acting for the Duke and the Duchess of Cambridge and believe it has no merit," said Tatler in a statement.

Anyone believing something from Tatler is outing themselves. Too funny.

Exactly.

I never followed the royals closely until all of this recent craziness - just not really my thing - but I admit I got swept up and am now ready to be DONE. What a s**t show and why did I even GAF, sheesh.

No more!!

I know. All this and she had a facelift? And maybe some abdominal surgery too?

I want to see the comparison of people who said facelift here to those that said “heatstroke” to that California family that died. Usually the simplest explanation is the right one. All of this angst over a mommy makeover.

DP. I know exactly what it’s like to recover from a colon and a bowel resection. AMA.

I'm sorry you went through that. I agree that it would not be advisable for Kate to be losing even more weight while recuperating. I had abdominal surgery too, though nothing as serious as you. The only oddity is that I was told not to lift anything over 10 lbs, if I recall, for about 6 weeks. So I was surprised to see Kate carrying a bag, although perhaps it was very lightweight. Plus it's now 8 weeks post-op. So my question is: for more serious abdominal surgery, as what you unfortunately had, does her behavior (carrying bag and her gait) seem normal? My guess is that this indicates that Kate is recovering very well.

DP. If it was a resection of her bowel, I don’t know why you’re claiming a strict diet is required. My hospital menu, after the NG tube w/ TPN was removed, encouraged all soft caloric comfort foods: mashed potatoes, gravy, Mac n cheese, pudding, etc etc. I won’t presume to know Kate’s private medical journey and don’t pretend you know any better.

Have serious abdominal surgery. Done.

The simplest explanation is... abdominal surgery.

You may need to sharpen your razor. It's dull.

Whatever's going on with the weight loss, or whether this is actually Kate, you're still abusive. You don't understand that a dozen different posters have called you that.
