I'm fascinated that this interview was in 1999! Do you think she has set a fashion precedence like Jackie O? Does she host a lot of entertaining events like balls and dinners?
Interviewer: Can you picture yourself a first lady? MT: Yes, I would be very traditional. Like Jackie Kennedy. I would support him. I would do a lot of social obligations. Interviewer: If you did become First Lady it would probably wouldn't be ethical for you to give commercial endorsements to products. So your modeling career might be over at that moment. | She's better looking. That would be less well bred. |
| How exactly is she comparing g herself to Jackie? |
Exactly. She is saying Jackie is her role model. |

| After 20 years, it seems her English didn’t improve. In fact, it seems to have declined. |
| Well Jackie Kennedy slept around A LOT - that's what those folks did. I can't see Melania behaving that way. So in a sense she's a much more moral person. |
| She looks like a completely different person. Like I understand we all looked different in the late 90s but she literally looks like another individual all together. I think she's pretty then and now but still struggle to understand how they are the same human! |
| Jackie didn’t sleep around. Her husband did. So I guess Melania is like Jackie. |
yes, she absolutely did. open marriage. |
Evidence? |
She was too boney and boyish but otherwise she would have slept around. |
| What’s the source for Jackie sleeping around? |
Disagree. There are other ways in which she's much more immoral. |
Same. Just like Kylie Jenner for me. I can’t reconcile the before and the after and think of them as the same person. |
