I'm just over budget with these:

NP. We got the first set of dishes (the Noritake) as wedding gifts in brown and LOVE them. They're still going strong 8 years and two kids later and I've only had to replace two chipped salad plates.

I’m redoing a bathroom. My style is mid century modern light. I need everything. Tile, vanity, hardware, everything. Budget is midrange (like $800-900 for the vanity, etc)

I need a new arm chair for my living room! Would love your help. I have a gray sectional (like everyone else), cream walls, navy curtains. Would love a comfy reading chair. Something with color, pattern, stripes…anything except gray!

I am the poster looking for dishes. Interesting, because the set we have now is Noritake Colorwave and I hate them. The white in the middle is all marked up from use over the years, they look terrible!

Wowza. That is very plush. They are not giving me the arm height, which is the most important thing. So measure it, and then you need tables that tall or a smidge shorter. I would recommend maybe some round tables, perhaps metal and glass? Go for functional storage, if you need it, because we are definitely in the function zone with that sofa. It has cup holders! I am scandalized.

The white IKEA Hemnes dresser, for sure. Use the extra budget to find some fun knobs for it.

Thanks! This is what I keep coming back to… but it is nice to get some confirmation.

Definitely the best new at that price point. Get it assembled if you want, the assembly is a bear!

Do you like the ones I selected? Because I feel like I nailed the brief. But if you’re not into them, tell me why not and I can keep looking.

Gotcha. I was assuming “jail cell” meant anything Windsor-y? What about a Queen Anne vibe?
Here’s a rustic farmhousy option:

And a more traditional one

This one comes with a bunch of length options. For some reason I can only find an image url for the sectional but I mean the regular sofa.

I think I might be right up against the budget, but to lean into the mid-century, sort of California vibe I have selected for your living room:

NP I came here to ask about a leather sofa and this is perfect for me! Thank you OP!
