Probably not "people," plural. Probably just this one elderly lady who thinks she is being "edgy" with the Tiffany-ish blue/turquoise that everyone has been wearing for a couple of years now.

The last 3 - 4 times I went to the nail salon, I plugged in the number range from random.org, and the random number told me what to get.

They were all great colors!
