You need to be a US citizen to apply for your siblings. You also need to wait 5 years to get citizenship after green card. Uncle's uncle is not coming in 50 years.

i am sure your clients benefited enormously from your ability to spot a missing coma. nobody claimed that clans have a group right. neither to families. the point is that individual rights have as a consequence clan immigration.

furthermore, not all immigrants do this. my husband and i didn't bring anyone. it is precisely least assimilated and accomplished people who rely most on their extended families and are most likely to bring them to the US.
