In terms of importance for national interest DNC is not in top 10000 U.S. servers. If the information obtained was so sensitive newspapers should not have published it. OPM hack was an order of magnitude more damaging affecting millions of people with clearances and it was met with a shrug and was in the news for like 3 hours. But because now it's red menace time we need to launch nuclear war because Russians hacked into local 7-11.

Look, just because Putin's a war mongering dictator doesn't mean he hasn't run rings around Obama. Obama pulled a jackass maneuver on his way out of office to escalate conflict between Russia and the U.S. for no other reason than to cause havoc for Trump's presidency. Putin smoothly outsmarted him by NOT retaliating in kind because what Obama did was so transparent. The 35 spy/diplomats expelled had no connection with the alleged email hacking.

One of his "temper tantrums" threw Russia into a recession. Putin talks a good game but we are crushing him at home. If you want to know why the Russians want Trump in office, look at the energy analyst reports on what Exxon Mobil stands to gain if sanctions on gas and oil are lifted. And with their CEO as Secretary of State, it's a slam dunk.
