Any point in filling out the Federal Impact Aid Survey?

Imagine how petty and lazy you mean. It's like not voting because you are unhappy with how the government is working.

For non government / military, it’s like not voting when your vote doesn’t count anyway. It’s a pain in the ass and I’m tired of having to do multiple of these every year (one per school).
