That doesn’t make any sense. Your post, I mean. |
| For those who think that AO's, who skew overwhelmingly young, progressive and humanities majors, don't have a bias against Christians...wander over to any subreddit and ask for a recommendation for a church for you to attend. |
That’s hilarious. The fuming from MAGA a year after winning the election is what’s remarkable. It’s like they’re addicted to outrage. Go to a No Kings rally or a protest of Trump and you will see joy, solidarity and silliness. Go to a Trump rally and it’s a steady stream of grievances. Read social media from this regime and it’s all hateful. Trump literally posted a picture of himself shitting on the American people. MAGA hates America and everything it stands for. |
You’re really deep in your fantasy. Christians don’t face discrimination in America. Come on now. |
Nah. You’ll mostly see grey hair and mobility scooters. |
| ^ in our wealthy town the no Kings rally drew aging hippies and vast majority were grey hair Unitarians that have more cats than kids. |
If you want to see hate, you should just look in the mirror. And if top schools don't want to admit Christian students, especially those from conservative non-denominational churches, then how do you explain the existence of these campus organizations at Harvard, Yale and Princeton (to give just a few examples)? https://www.harvardci.com/ https://www.yalelogos.com/christians-at-yale https://pcfprinceton.org/ |

Lots of old people in this amrite: https://www.klcc.org/politics-government/2025-10-18/latest-no-kings-rally-draws-fresh-ire-in-many-oregon-communities But you cling that delusion if you want. Young people hate Trump and MAGA. It’s no wonder Mhamdi and Democrats wiped the floor with conservatives earlier this month, all across the country, including crimson red areas. MAGA is done. All that’s left are the trials. And next time, we will be sure there are summary executions. We aren’t going to allow pardons of traitors in the future. |

| How did you like the 8 Dem Senators breaking rank. |
| My two high stats kids who attended strong Catholic high schools didn't bother to apply to any ivies because we know about their biases. Plus they wanted an environment that provided balanced dialogue from conservative and liberal viewpoints. They ended up at another T20 non-ivy school. |
There are plenty of liberal Catholics, so this bigotry is bizarre to me. Do some people just not associate with others based on the fact they are Catholic? These posts seem so out of touch and ignorant. OP, participation in main stream religious ECs are viewed no differently than other ECs. You should absolutely have your DC include them. |
Unitarians also have “church stuff” on their college applications. |
Several of my son's ECs reflect his Catholic faith: --Church youth group --sings in church choir --works in a Catholic affiliated summer camp --campus ministry in a Catholic school --leadership in school sponsored retreats --music ministry at school He leaned into these activities and is very proud of them, as he should be. I have not doubt with his high stats, strong LOR, and unique essay storyline that he will get into his most desired school. |
