The Op has had good suggestions on that so far, including: make condoms available just in case (more than 3), have a much more detailed “talk” so she really understands safer-s*x, provide a supplemental lubricant, and get her vaccinated with Gardasil just in case.

Also: discuss consent, maybe with the boy too? Not sure if public education in Australia is as thorough on consent as schools in our area
