Opm should just authorize every agency to max telework on Friday. I would take that at this point. I'm pretty sure my commuter bus isn't going to be running as the route takes it through several closed roads. So I will have to spend extra time taking the metro (which is a HOT MESS this afternoon) because...why?

Where are you that you can’t drink the water? Who advised you not to drink it?

Most Feds cannot. Our buildings are ancient and either have legionnaires or lead pipes.

I don't drink the water in our building because they tell us it's fine when it's running brown. I bring in bottles of clear water from home...dp

Half our fountains have permanent signs that say testing is in progress and not to use the water. Since all the water theoretically comes from the same pipes, I’m not touching it from the ones that don’t have these signs.

Anywhere within blocks of the Mall was a disaster this morning. The closures are insane for such a short parade.
