Look at what they are testing. It is all trace elements. There is no way to tell the difference. It is all marketing. |
This threat reads like it was written by Emily Gilmore. |
Until you have to sell it and find out it's worthless. |
This is truth! Just check out that recent post where someone wants shoes for a wedding. Aerosoles/Clark's land up in there. But you are wrong about Costco. I've had a jeweler tell me that Costco has some of the best buyers out there. |
It started before the rise of lab diamonds, with moissanite. But those gems are obvious to the trained eye. Labs are diamonds, pure and simple. The new flex is design/crafstmanship in precious metal. |
You are probably correct, lol. Don't underestimate the age of the catty women here on DCUM. |
+1 I do love wearing a big cocktail ring when I'm out at night, but I wouldn't want to wear it every day. |
I'm sorry that your rich husband left you and you had to sell your jewels. I don't buy jewelry with the intent to sell. Which is why these cost so much less, silly. Your mined diamond isn't worth as much as you think it is anyway, go check out some pawn shops. |
You know that truly wealthy areas (especially in the DMV) WANT to be on septic, right? Because it means that developers can't come in and build cheap neighborhoods like yours in the vicinity? We know you're not actually really wealthy, sweetheart. It's okay, you can stop pretending now. |
You're Indian and your family came over on the Mayflower???? How exactly? |
If you lack basic reading comprehension skills then take a remedial class before embarrassing yourself. |
I've been seeing a lot of super large diamonds on the hands of women who clearly cannot afford them, based on the rest of their grooming. |
1. You are stupid don’t comment when you know nothing 2. Labs are real diamonds that is factual. |
Oh shut up you judgmental Fool I’m the 1 percent I wear sweats all day, never get my nails done etc. I am where I am a financially because of how I spend my money. I have no issue with large lab diamonds as diamonds are a terrible investment. New money flashes diamonds they are not bright. |
The thing is - now that large diamonds are more accessible to the average person they are going to lose their cache. If everyone can have one then you no longer have the same impact. Same with how all these fake designer bags are becoming more and more accessible. You have to project the whole package convincingly to appear wealthy. Otherwise people will just assume fake and who cares. If you have a large diamonds but live in a ranch house and drive a suburu and your kids go to public school and you wear clothes from chicos or Zara you just look tacky. Wealth whispers. |
