OP here, and OMG! My first fan! lol.

So unfortunately, "THE PTA MOMS HATE ME" is currently in what we in the business call "development hell". What exactly that means and refers to is very complicated and layered, but ultimately, it means that the album is not completed yet or ready to be released. However, this album is my story and my life. It's very important to me. So I promise that it will come out someday, in some form, possibly with a different title and possibly not (lol).

Thank you for your comment, though. It encouraged me more than you know.

that's not what development hell means lmaooo

I'm always curious who are the kind of people "hated" by PTA people. It gives impression of "not the PTA mom, I'm the cool mom" as though that makes you better. All of that to say, I would give you a side-eye, but it's your album. It's an "interesting" title, a bit boring/corny imo, but you do you.

NP here on the issue of being hated by PTA moms, not on anything artistic or music-related. I was hated/shunned by both our (FCPS) elementary school PTA and our neighborhood moms group. Wouldn't let me join, wouldn't say hello, wouldn't talk to me at the pool. One nice mom who moved into the neighborhood after us proposed my name for membership in the moms group and then apologetically told me they would not let me join, then stopped talking to me altogether. I showed up at several PTA meetings and tried to volunteer and was rebuffed. I have no idea why, and it definitely was not anything I did or said, as we had just moved into the neighborhood and I am from all appearances pretty normal. I always suspected that it was because I worked while my husband (disabled military veteran with serious but mostly invisible medical problems) stayed home with our daughters, but I genuinely have no idea. Other working moms were included in the moms group and were active in the PTA, including two who were divorced. In retrospect it is just weird, but at the time it was painful and confusing. It is one major reason we moved out of the neighborhood.

I'm sorry, that all sounds horrible (also, you're a much better writer than OP)
