It's in the history books sure. It, and the double impeachments and various state claims that no one can really articulate, were supposed to invalidate everything Trump ever did and cast a shadow over his legacy. Everyone was supposed to mention him in somber tones and be humiliated to admit they ever supported him. Instead he gained a broader base of support and will probably win the popular vote, once considered a demographic impossibility. So J6 is going to be in history but more as a "meh, whatever."
