None are going to privates

Centreville varsity staff is all leaving

None of the freshman are going to private school

I simply asked what you meant. It's Virginia high school lacrosse. Battlefield hasn't won 10 state championships with a longstanding history of national prominence. You chose to say the coaches would be under "a lot of pressure", rather than say things are looking up for the next x years.

Still tired. You can’t lose with all that talent. Read the 28 page. Those parents are a new breed. Next group are the 30’s.

Ok. Here's my take: if the coaches are getting an influx of talent, they're excited.
If something outside of the team itself starts creating drama, they will:
1) handle it so it doesn't any longer
2) if they can't control it, they will block it out or bail

If they're anything close to smart, they won't be under lots of pressure, but there to coach a team up. And if some entity decides that's not enough, they'll probably be happy to forego their $3,000 minimum wage job. It's VHSL lacrosse, not the NFL, or even many levels below that.

If the rumors are right why would a head coach take an assistant position?
