I won’t forget their story until the day I die. I’m with you 100%.

I am a liberal Democrat, but think my tax dollars could go to more important “problems ” than this.

Doesn’t this impact many Federal hires that entail a background check (like the FBI)?

I hope the government loses this case.

It isn't a matter of hiring ex-cons versus not, but the person in the tweet won't tell you that.

+100.

Oregon, Colorado, Alabama, Tennessee, Nebraska, Oklahoma has no shortage of criminals

"If you hire white ex-cons at a higher rate than black ex-cons, then yes, that is evidence of racism."

....According to the EEOC statement, that is NOT what has happened.

I do not see why someone’s long history of criminal and violent behavior should be any impediment to working behind the cash register.

The federal government doesn't automatically deny employment based on having a criminal record.

How many convicted felons has the Justice Department hired?

How many convicted felons has the EEOC hired?

Hhmm?

Louder please. I can't hear your answer.

I'm sure there are some Secret Service vacancies to be filled after the Biden dog terrorized agents. Surely, they could slot some convicted felons in there?

And, given the SS agent on Kamala Harris' detail that went off the deep end a couple days ago, there is an opening right there.....
But, then again, given her behavior, she may well have been a convicted felon.

WTF? Kamala is a convicted felon? What are you even talking about?

The Secret Service agent, dear.
Given her erratic behavior, her background is in question.

For the millionth time, no one has said violent offenders have to be hired. That’s an assumption posters are making to scare people.

Fine. Show us the felons your agency has hired to work in office with you and then we can talk.

Give me a break. It's hard to become a SS agent. She did not have a criminal background. She might just be crazy.

And, I have to question the vetting of the Secret Service ..... she had a questionable background as a police officer.
Seems to be a DEI hire. Maybe they should focus more on qualifications and skill and not so much on gender and race.
