Would you date a man with a 140 body count?

He’s had a few long terms monogamous relationships, but on the whole has probably been single 16ish of the last 25 years. That’s less than 10 a year for a guy who could meeting someone on tinder and have sex every day.

I'm sure it isn't but anyone who is not into this type of short term relationship regularly is going to be turned off. So while he could have more now he's kind of limited to people who are willing to accept this about him.

I watched a male friend of mine who was a good looking D1 hockey player sleep with a new girl every weekend. He would go through 3-4 month relationships, but the rest of the time it was never the same girl twice. Over 4 years that's probably in the same range of 100-200. He had no problem dating later on and eventually finding a lovely wife. He'd say he got it out of his system, whether or not that's true I obviously don't know.

I hit 40 at 40! Then i met my DH. So, final count 41. Acceptable?

Maybe? I doubt we’d have much in common as my body count is 2 and I’m happily single but if we were into each other I wouldn’t really care.

The probability for any woman to become that ONE special is 1 out of 200. I’m not breaking my teeth over someone that spoilt with female attention !

I’m honestly asking because it seems almost a given that anyone would catch one at some point.

In a world with no STDs no problem with it, but that isn’t reality, so I would turn them down.

Dp. I was wondering the same thing.

A number that high doesn’t imply anything good. He’s likely a cheater or a sex addict.
If he is neither, it’s telling that none of his partners seem to stick around for long. Yuck.

This.

HUGE red flag.

Most light STDs only require 7 days of antibiotics treatment. But I would be concerned for multiple types of HPV, genital herpes, hepatitis and HIV with that high number . They probably had lots of anal and threesomes which is high risk for these deceases. Condoms don’t entirely protect

I would have condomed PIV if I was totally crazy about him (to the point of not wanting to use my usual reasoning). But would never go down on him before he’s moved in, showed several years of homey lovey-dovey behavior etc.

Sounds like a shallow creep, who thinks of women as repositories (instead of equal partners).

Nope.

But usu they don’t share this info

And if hot hockey player, I’d fall in line.

One of the reasons I prefer to date men out of long marriages like myself

I would hope (although not assume) that someone loving this kind of high risk lifestyle would get tested regularly and share their results so I could make an informed decision about STIs. No sex without a condom until we’d been exclusive for at minimum six months (probably longer).

No one cares

The main thing for me is men don’t get tested for HPV and with that body count there is no way he wouldn’t have some type of HPV. This would make me never want to give him oral and if I can’t do that then there is no good sex potential because oral is important to me.
And I’m not interested in just being number 141.
