Any conspiracy theories here?

Yes. Aliens have taken over your brain and rendered you unable to scroll down to read an entire story that you post.

Abdominal surgery or not, why couldn’t she STAND for a couple pictures MONTHS after surgery? She’s a spry young mother! Something is up.

Would she be smiling? I can’t imagine she’s paralyzed - seems a stretch. Kids would be distressed too

That photo of her head is not taken the same day as the kids – just look at the lighting!

That, and the tree in the background are giveaways.

All on point. So so true.

Good point on clothes.

It’s not like it’s a Covid lockdown and they wouldn’t have been able to get spring clothing yet.

Zoom into the tree. It’s got yellowing leaves. And have are empty. It’s def an Oct pic

I also wondered what’s wrong with her legs! Didn’t think she’s paralyzed but her legs look weird.

But would they really stage something like this?? Especially if it were a worst-case scenario (consistent with the conspiracy theories) - it would eventually become apparent that they misled the public, and that would be terrible for PR.

I believe this is a real photo. She looks beautiful, because she IS - but you can also tell that perhaps there is some decreased mobility of her lower extremities, which is not inconsistent with the long recovery they’ve been reporting.

She probably does not want to appear vulnerable - it’s not her brand. Remember the photos after she gave birth, radiant and “perfect.” I think that’s far more likely than AI, or photo from before the surgery, etc.

Is this the same thing she was wearing in the car pic from last week? I feel like she was wearing blank there too.

I love how people are suddenly experts of the flora and fauna, not to mention fashion, of England in spring.

You conspiracy theorists are nuts.

Just to add - when I first saw the version of the photo that was cropped at the knee, it very much looked like she was sitting in a wheelchair - the way her legs are placed. I think it’s possible she is (temporarily) very weak with decreased lower extremity mobility.

If she had abdominal surgery it might be hard for her to stand up. It took me two weeks after my c-section to feel comfortable standing up completely straight.

I’ve been thinking these conspiracy theories are a little wackadoodle, but considering how puffy her face looked just a few days ago in the photo in the car with her mom, I don’t buy that this is a recent photo of Kate.

That is not her, probably Pippa

It’s been TWO MONTHS!

I had also wondered if it was an old pic that they just decided to release now. I don’t think it looks like fall in the background though and I’m not surprised the kids are wearing vaguely fall/wintery clothes - the BRF as a whole isn’t super stylish, there’s probably some “rule” about when spring clothes can come out like not before Easter or before the first day of actual Spring or something, and if The Crown taught me anything it’s that the royals swan around in dowdy sweaters at their country homes all the time on their days off.
