Um, maybe because Biden IS a forgetful old man who is clearly suffering from Alzheimer’s and is no longer fit for office?

He doesn't have Alzheimer's. That's an ignorant and insensitive thing to say. Early stage dementia similar to most people his age- yes, that's fair to say. He is not fit for office yet more fit for office than Trump at the same time.

No, even that’s no fair to say. This sounds like a slanted report by a right winger with an agenda.

Not burrowed. Hur was appointed by Trump. Garland is such a dummy for appointing people who are obviously bad faith actors. Notice that the Trump AGs didn’t appoint democratic Obama appointees as special counsels!

Love how when things don't go your way, that must mean it is a conspiracy and everyone is out to get you. Sounds like what you blame the other side for all the time.

Not a conspiracy. Just a Trumper taking partisan swipes.

I cannot believe he is actually running again.

This is going to be an embarrassing fiasco. And his attempt to campaign will make the US the laughing stock of the world.

He really should step aside.

How about the ghost writer saying he erased tapes of Biden saying incriminating things AFTER the investigation regarding the documents started? Wow. He did keep the one snippet where Biden said he did it on purpose but the others would have been interesting too.

I believe he has Alzheimer’s. The reason is just based on the one thing he couldn’t remember. He could not remember, even within a few years, when his son died. Now, as a lifelong politician the dates and names of various events and people he has interacted with professionally could get muddled. But I don’t think any person who clearly loves his children the way Biden clearly does would forget something like that unless they were in serious decline. It is just not something that a parent forgets.

This is easy. Release the transcripts.

This is further outgrowth of the pathetic, weak "When they go low, we go high!" horseshit that led to Dick Cheney retaining his liberty, etc.

The Democratic Party leadership is just pathetically weak - it's embarrassing, actually. The incoming curb stomping from the Republicans is, unfortunately, well deserved. What a mess.

Time to invoke the 25th Amendment

Your complaints are confusing. Hur is not charging him. He could. He isn’t.

What is obvious from the report is President Biden is suffering from dementia.

Whether that dementia is the result of Alzheimer’s, another condition, or simply old age, remains to be seen.

But dementia in someone his age only gets worse.

Biden totally and completely exonerated.

“Clearly?”

When my aunt died, my uncle gave up - or perhaps downshifted is a better way to say it - a very promising career and became a mom and dad to my cousins. There was no choice for him. Not so much for Joe. The world really needed a 30 year old senator more than those boys needed their dad. Right. Hunter is a ball of resentment and dysfunction bc of his dad’s clear love.

You've clearly never spent time around someone Biden's age. His forgetfulness is perfectly normal for an 81 year old and this doesn't mean Alzheimer's.
