What I said is correct. |
I don't drive an hour to work, and please tell me you understand that there are great, upscale restaurants outside of urban cores? You do know that, right? |
np. why? (I mow my own lawn by the way. I hire out cleaning, though) |
We have a big patio, and during the pandemic, we had friends over and socialized outside. It was awesome. I noticed that during the pandemic and wfh now a ton of people are moving out of DC. I'm confused by why city people would want to move out? (I'm not confused, but maybe you are?). |

Their homes and roads are also a lot smaller. I like my space. DH from the UK also likes the space we have here. When my ILs come here, they like the space we have. And do they have strip malls. My ILs live in the UK, a suburb. |

DP. I travel via Amtrak domestically, including pretty long distances. I do not travel via plane much due to the environmental impact. |
Why not? And why not the homeless tent encampments, the fentanyl peddled in the public school restrooms, the playground bullets? |
this. |
I can’t believe there’s not more focus on this. White flight was (is?) real. |
That's weird. You are weird. Admit it. |
Frankly, I hate the lack of space, the smell, the noise, the rats. I also don’t like living in a box in a bigger box. Some of us just need space. |
