She’s probably been wearing it for the 3 years since she started this thread.

And that’s why you went with a vague: “many natives…” instead of providing actual support for your wan assertion. Lol |
| It’s fine. See no problem with Redskins wear. |
EVERYTHING is a racial slur to woke race-baiters. |
| This isn’t hard. Nope. |
| FWIW I spend a decent amount of time in parts of the country with American Indian populations and it's not unusual to see American Indians wearing Redskins shirts with the old logo. |
Exactly, it’s a typical progressive goal to disrupt cohesion & try to promote bickering factions. The Redskins name was a non-problem but progressives just couldn’t control their compulsion to stir the pot. A few Native Americans got swept up in the eagerness to claim victimhood. But most did not. Think about it: who’s actually offended when a group other than your own wants to hold your group up as a symbol of strength & toughness?? Answer: only hucksters out to get mileage out of claiming to be victims. |
You can’t erase history. |

What is the point of naming a sports team after a group of people who have been colonized and whose culture has been marginalized and all but destroyed? The only way that might even remotely make sense is for lacrosse, but in every other way, this is just co-option and absurd.
Also looking at you, Mohican Pool in Bethesda with your “mascot.” |
What did you do with old Redskins stuff ? Toss them? Donate and who wanta them? |
It should be collected by the government and disposed of with dignity and respect. In fact, when Democrats are in charge again, we should create a new Department of Cultural Respect responsible for handling these matters. It could be small, no more than a few thousand employees and a $1 trillion budget. |

| We still deal with a ton of fed ex at the office; many if not most of the guys in the mailroom wear redskins memorabilia’s |
We need hundreds of new agencies like this to address all the sorts of grievances that I think government should be in charge of addressing. |
It would definitely solve the unemployment problem. We should probably create a government department to choose the grievances to address. They should be WFH and mid six figure salaries due to the importance. |
