I did the same! I stopped listening to the show faithfully shortly after the whole Mel drama. The nail in the coffin for me was one morning when I was listening and heard a repeated segment. I had been a loyal listener since around 2009 or so, came back to the station after first listening to the hot morning mess and being confused when I heard kane on the air for the first time. I saved my favorite podcasts and made my own best of on my ipod. They were talking to a woman who was pregnant and had a best friend named Becky, and she had told Becky that she wanted to name her daughter Shelby, and then Becky named her daughter Shelby. She was "calling in" to see if she had reason to be mad at Becky. I first heard (and saved!) that podcast with Kane, Sarah and Samy, then years later I heard it again with Kane, IJ, and Danni, cut to sound live and current. I was floored. Maybe they assumed that we would have forgotten about it by then, but it certainly jogged my memory. I didn't care so much that roses/scams were fake, they were just entertainment for me, the same way we watch sitcoms/dramas/movies. In my case, my loyal listening proved to backfire. Anyway, I can't believe how this show is falling apart. It saddens me as a person who was at one point borderline addicted to this show. I googled because I can see people speaking about it on my social medias, and I see these cryptic posts from Danni. That led me to this (awesome) site. I made the switch to STM and now just listen to the HeyFrase podcasts. I wonder if this show goes completely off the air, will they bring in a new show. I might try it again but I must say that I enjoy the raw freshness of podcasts now. Thanks for the information and entertainment everyone. |

| Danni did this to herself. If she had kept her mouth shut and played along even if behind the scenes things were being negotiated she possibly could have returned and even if they had to fake the love on air. Starting a firestorm by telling fans she was not busy is probably what did her in. There was no coming back from that . I was reading her posts thinking noone in radio will touch her now. She just needs to learn to shut the eff up. Unless she really did not want her job I can't understand why she's always getting into these jacked up situations. She destroyed a marriage, now she gets herself fired over her drama . Lets see how standing up for her beliefs is going to pay the bills. |

About sums it up. I am currently leaving my job (first full time job I've had) and the #1 thing EVERYONE keeps telling me is "DON'T BURN BRIDGES." |

That's honestly true anywhere, part time or full time. You NEVER know when you could need a reference, a temporary job, whatever. I'm not saying that how iHeart seems to be handling this is right, but I really feel like Danni needs to just keep her mouth shut and and handle this publicly with as much grace as possible. You can bitch and complain all you want in private about how someone wronged you, but you probably shouldn't be public with that, ya know? |

| Wow, where to begin. So many theories I could add to the pot, but I'm just sticking with a two. 1. I think Kane probably would have fought a little harder for Danni if she didn't initially throw his shade on the show with the original disloyalty comment. And, 2. I bet what sealed the deal was the shout out to DCUM, intentionally drawing publicity to this site to try to put Kane in unfavorable light. I agree with a PP in that although Kane has been through a super rough patch, he is a professional and will continue to be employed. He does need to rid himself of IJ tho. He's just creepy. |

| I've followed this since post 1 of page 1, read everything, but never commented until now. Has anyone thought that maybe Danni's sudden silence and likely removal from TKS could have anything to do with Natasha and Peter's divorce? Since Natasha, Peter, and Danni probably spent a lot of time together outside of the studios, did she possibly see something that Natasha is calling her to testify about for the divorce? Did she essentially agree to back Nat in court, and Peter got pissed about it, causing the fight/possible suspension? Maybe Danni and Peter are not allowed to discuss it for legal reasons pending the divorce, or are not allowed to speak with each other, even on the show? This could have caused Danni to be on temporary leave, and possible removal from the show long term since they can't do the show without Kane while having Danni on too? Just some thoughts... |

Doubtful. Disloyalty comment lends itself to a potential lawsuit against iheart, that seems more likely |
