How bad is 32 oz of full fat plain yogurt per day?

I love this stuff so much. This is why I can't lose weight, right?

32 oz is a lot. What else are you eating?

Yes it depends what else you are eating. But yes, I'm going to say that's a lot of full fat dairy for one day.

Limit to 8 oz. 32 is insane.

Chicken and roasted vegetables, mainly. Boiled eggs as snacks. I just crave this yogurt for some reason!

You're eating like 1000 calories of yogurt every day. More if you're putting any fruit or anything in it. So yes, this is probably why you can't lose weight.

It's 680. And I do eat it plain. But yeah, I do see your point.

Is it greek yogurt? If regular, check the nutritional value; calories, SUGAR, etc. I have had that amount of yogurt before- but it was non fat plain Greek yogurt. With some cut up fruit. The fruit in the bottom sh!t is equally bad for you - too much sugar.

Hope it's at least organic. Otherwise that's a helluva lot of hormones. My skin would be a mess.

Are you adding fruits & granola? I can't stand plain yogurt.
