You're eating like 1000 calories of yogurt every day. More if you're putting any fruit or anything in it. So yes, this is probably why you can't lose weight. |

Is it greek yogurt? If regular, check the nutritional value; calories, SUGAR, etc. I have had that amount of yogurt before- but it was non fat plain Greek yogurt. With some cut up fruit. The fruit in the bottom sh!t is equally bad for you - too much sugar. |
