Advanced Placement Alignment

Hi,

We're interested in SWW-FS and saw they have something called "Advanced Placement Alignment" for grades 6-12 on the DCPS school profiles page. What is that? I couldn't find any more information on this program on the DCPS website. Do other MS offer this program?

We went to the open house, and the principal explained it as having the content of the MS classes designed to prepare kids for AP classes. They have the HS teachers at SWW help, as well as give them input on MS hiring.
