I’m 30 years old. Online calculators say 33%
You? |
28 F - 14% via Dexa |
I don’t want to know yet |
39F - estimated around 27-28% |
Greater than 30 ![]() |
I have no idea, but it is much higher than it was pre-menopause. |
21 according to this online site - http://www.calculator.net/bmi-calculator.html
female, age 51 |
That is BMI, not body fat percentage. |
45F. 32.4% |
Are you a bodybuilder? |
My scale tells me 27% but I know they are known to be inaccurate. A few years ago I had a DEXA scan and was around 22%. I’m small, a size 4, and an avid runner, but I’m well aware I could stand to build some more muscle! |
Age 42. According to that website, I'm 20% fat. Sounds pretty gross. |
Olympic weightlifter. 20+ hours of lifting per week, no cardio. |
Are you female? that's actually not 'gross' at all. "fit" women are 21-24 percent. elite athletes 15-20%. |
I don't pay any attention to it, because I wear a zero, am 5'3", but I weigh 135lbs. I have a lot of muscle. It doesn't take muscle into account. I always go by what size I wear, which obviously tells me more than anything whether or not I am overweight. |
