| Does anyone have any suggestions for restaurants or other locations in the DC area that have a nice, room to rent for a baby shower? Thanks! |

| I went to a really nice shower (wedding, not baby!) that was held at Teaism in Penn Quarter. |

| I second the Teaism recommendation. But it seems like there are a ton of options for you, depending on what specific part of DC, how many people, what type of food you want, how much you want to spend, etc. |

| I hosted a baby shower at tea time at the Mayflower Hotel. We didn't have a private room, but it was really quiet at that time of day. I believe the Hay Adams may have private rooms. |

I went to a great shower at Lauriol Plaza in Adams Morgan. It was on a Sunday for Brunch and we had a nice large table upstairs. It was very nice, and the food was awesome.
