I have the same issue and I really liked Jillian Michaels 30 day shred with weights. The only jumping is jumping jacks and I can modify those to not be jumping but still get the heart rate up. |
Check out Blogilates on Youtube. She has some videos specifically geared to people who live in apartments and need to be quiet. |
Yoga would be good too, if you don't jump back or forward into positions. |

This is not true. There are a lot of exercises in 30-day shred that her downstairs neighbors will not appreciate. Off the top of my head, in addition to jumping jacks, you have butt kicks, high knees, skaters, oblique twists, jump squats, and rock star jumps. |

Jillian had lots of jumping, don’t get that one. |

I really like FitnessBlender.com and you can choose low impact exercises so you don't bother the neighbors. Best part is, the workouts are free. |
