Vanguard statement says "R/O-IRA"... does this mean "Rollover IRA"?

That doesn't actually answer the question but thanks. I did google it myself before posting because was hoping to find something from someone who uses Vangurad specifically. Every time I call, I get the recording that says "we are experiencing longer than average wait times." But thanks for trying.
