Looking for recommendations.
Exercise that DH and DW can do together daily, before kids wake up or after they are asleep. (And we have a good sex life, no suggestions needed there! Ha ha) Videos/programs/apps/etc? |

Kids are young enough that you can't leave the house? DH and I started a couch to 5K together, but kids are 8+ so we can do it after work while they start homework (we're gone for 30 min, jogging around our neighborhood, and have our cell phones with us).
If you can't leave them like that, I'd get a set of hand weights and set up a workout routine with those and lunges / squats / body weight exercises. |
We have kids 6 and younger.
For those with who’ve made suggestions, any specific ones you like? |
Dancing? DH and I took some ballroom dance classes together and it was a lot of fun and good exercise. |

We used to do Beachbody workouts together. That worked well for a while until we both lost our motivation but that’s a different story! We have a hound daughter and it was easy to do in the evenings or during naps. |

^not that there are man-only or woman-only workouts.... but i mean something that we can each go with long term. dh doesn't want piyo type workouts and dw doesnt want pullups bc she will never be able to do one. |
run outside together. Something about running with DH makes really good relaxed conversation just flow. |
