Yucky healthy food

I just need to vent about eating yucky healthy food. I am sitting here eating a banana after my work out and I think they are disgusting

Bananas are only yucky when they are mushy.

Kale, quinoa and spinach are yucky healthy foods.

I don’t think they’re yucky at all. I love them!!

I think dates are yucky. I read about all their health benefits and tried to eat one a day - no way!

I don't mind bananas if they are still a tiny bit green. They have about a 2 day window for me and then they're too ripe.

I don't like mushrooms or quinoa very much.

Ugh, I am obsessed with Larabars (primary ingredient dates). I eat one every day. I’m not sure it’s any healthier than a candy bar - yeah, it’s natural sugar but still a ton of sugar.

I love beets being a Russian, but most people find them yucky. Beets are super-healthy.

Quinoa is not good.

Stevia makes my tongue itch.

Raw beets (sweetgreen serves them). I've never liked dried cranberries and avoid any salad with them. I also hate egg whites because it takes the best part of the egg out of the equation!

Kale is the devil.
