I’m feeling so happy! In the past few weeks I have gone from:
Drinking 1/2 bottle of wine every night sometimes more Eating whatever and a lot of carbs Little to no exercise Tv watching on a binge basis Insomnia Not caring for myself, ie manicures, etc To: Intermittent fasting and loving it feel very focused and energized Clean eating Weight watchers new system and coach New Apple Watch for motivation No drinking Doing yoga daily 10,000 plus steps daily My nails look pretty I learned how to wear makeup Listening to uplifting books versus tv Reaching out to friends Sleeping well I honestly thought I couldn’t make these chAnges I was so stuck and attached to my habits. I’m 48 and need to lose 30 lbs but amon my way to being slimmer, healthier and happier! |

Congrats on the changes. Keep it up.
I did the same and, for the first time in years, I feel like I am thriving. It feels good to be happy. |
