Easy healthy snacks

I pop two tablespoons of popcorn in a folded closed brown lunch paper bag for two minutes in the microwave to get hot fresh popcorn. I saw it on a YouTube video, and I never purchased microwave popcorn again. The popcorn doesn't burn either. Amazing,

Sliced cucumber with smoked salmon
Cottage cheese with pumpkin pie or apple pie spice
Beef or turkey jerkey (watch sugar content)
Nuts and cheese (watch quantity - easy to overeat)
Protein shake or bar

Scrambled egg with a little salsa
Egg salad made with avocado instead of mayo

A packet of oatmeal with a banana sliced into it.

Don’t do snacks. Just have meals. Every time you eat, your insulin rises, which, in turn, increases obesity. You can have 2-3 meals and be even healthier and better than all this constant snacking and grazing.
