I pop two tablespoons of popcorn in a folded closed brown lunch paper bag for two minutes in the microwave to get hot fresh popcorn. I saw it on a YouTube video, and I never purchased microwave popcorn again. The popcorn doesn't burn either. Amazing,

Don’t do snacks. Just have meals. Every time you eat, your insulin rises, which, in turn, increases obesity. You can have 2-3 meals and be even healthier and better than all this constant snacking and grazing. |
