Fitness Blender Workout Programs (as opposed to their free videos)

Anyone paid for the programs as opposed to just doing the free videos? Trying to figure out if it’d be worthwhile. Thanks!

Their workout programs are really just a schedule of various videos/routines. It tells you to do X workout on X day. If you’re good at making your own schedule, ie leg day, total body, etc. then it might not be worth it. But they are relatively inexpensive for a plan that tells you what to do.

Great, thank you! And any recs as to which programs are particularly good? For example, better to jusy do one of the ones geared for busy folks or all over HIT then the one focused on abs?

Love me some Fitness Blender. For $15, I get two months of no-brainer workout plans. No need to waste time choosing a video, making sure I target various muscle groups, balancing strength and cardio — it’s all there. I wake up, stream to my TV, and go. Programs are infinitely reusable, too, so you don’t lose them once you’ve gone through all 4/8 weeks.

Pick a program based on your goals, then jump in. It’s pretty idiot-proof.

I would also make my own schedule for workouts. I'm very lazy, so I definitely need a schedule so that I don't miss a single workout. As it happens, I gained extra weight during the quarantine and now I look terrible. Clothes hide everything, but I can't go to the pool with friends who have been inviting me to a party for a long time. So I want to make a beautiful body so I can go to pool parties. The first thing I will do is make a workout schedule, the second is to switch to a healthy diet, and the third is to find a good specialist in sports nutrition because I want to take the course of testosterone. I googled and found this article steroidcycle.org where I learned that you can achieve better and faster results with testosterone and I hope that in a few months I will be able to be proud of my results.

I really like their programs because without them, I end up spending too much time scrolling through all the workouts trying to find the “right” one to do on any given day. I’ve now bought the strength program, and the “for people who get bored easily” one and have no regrets. I will say though that I bought both of them on sale for $4.99. If you follow fitness blender’s Facebook page, you’ll see the programs go on sale every so often. But even without the sale price I think it’s worth it.
