Sugar Burner vs. Fat Burner. Can someone please explain why one is better than the other

Anonymous
I eat carbs. I like carbs. I am careful with portions and when I need to lose a few pounds, I keep carbs in the plan. I can’t understand the sugar burner vs. fat burner thing. Why is one better than the other? When I run out of sugar to burn, won’t it start coming from fat anyway?

It always seems like the fat burners are held hostage to their plan. I’m confused.

Don't focus on broad categories - fat, carbs, proteins, etc. Choose quality ones.

For protein? Choose beans or small pieces of wild fish, over generic grocery meats from a styrofoam container.

For carbs? Choose sweet potatoes, apples, and carrots over cake.

For fat? Choose nuts, avocado, olive oil, over cheeses and red meat.
