I eat carbs. I like carbs. I am careful with portions and when I need to lose a few pounds, I keep carbs in the plan. I can’t understand the sugar burner vs. fat burner thing. Why is one better than the other? When I run out of sugar to burn, won’t it start coming from fat anyway?
It always seems like the fat burners are held hostage to their plan. I’m confused. |
Don't focus on broad categories - fat, carbs, proteins, etc. Choose quality ones.
For protein? Choose beans or small pieces of wild fish, over generic grocery meats from a styrofoam container. For carbs? Choose sweet potatoes, apples, and carrots over cake. For fat? Choose nuts, avocado, olive oil, over cheeses and red meat. |
