The same people come to the rallies. They dress up and make a party out of it. Problem is, there’s not that many of them, and the rallies used to be used for future fundraising - they would collect your information and then milk you for funds, but now they are having to milk the same people over and over again and are not getting any new ones to show up at the rallies. It’s a real problem for the campaign.

In what I can only guess is a continuation of Trump’s dementia addled projection, Trump* suggested that Biden is a Manchurian candidate and that if Biden were a Republican, he’d already have gotten the death penalty in the electric chair.
