....because he's anti-Semitic and a neo-Nazi.
Strange bedfellows in world of white power: https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/public-safety/former-dc-area-police-officer-found-guilty-of-attempting-to-back-islamic-state/2017/12/18/0bbca6b2-e40c-11e7-833f-155031558ff4_story.html Seriously, why are white men going crazy? I'm a white guy and I just don't understand this mindset. |

Oh, FFS. What is wrong with people?
|
|
Oh FFS
He left college without a degree and worked in security before becoming a Metro Transit police officer in 2003. He was FROM Alexandria. He was NOT a member of the Alexandria Police. He was NOT an Alexandria Police officer. He was a Metro Transit officer. Please change the thread title. I live in the City of Alexandria, we have a new police chief pledged to inclusiveness, diversity is an important value to our City. |
| You missed the part about him being a convert... |
This. He's a freaking Transit Officer, this title is completely misleading. |
Thank you. Correct. OP, this merits a note to Jeff requesting a caption change. Your post is incredibly misleading. |
Lolz, right?!?!? Yeah, don't think that was just an oversight on OP's part... "whoops, I forgot to mention one small detail!" Uh huh. Far better to let people's biases just assume he was a white nationalist kkk type, because telling them that he was a Muslim convert might hurt some feelings. Typical liberals. |
| I agree, OP. Radical Islam is a terrifying scourge on the Western World. |
|
"He is probably the first person convicted of backing the Islamic State to consider himself a conservative, venerate former congressman Ron Paul, and express interest in joining the Sons of Confederate Veterans."
Wow. This is pretty amazing. |
I've said forever that the ultra-conservative mindset here in the US is very similar to the ultra-conservative Islamic mindset in the east. |
Uhhhh, did you miss the photo of him dressed as a Nazi SS officer? His anti-Semiticism as a neo-Nazi evolved in such a hateful way that he converted to radical Islam. That's an insane transformation. |
Yes and this is not surprising. If you look at the the theology of Christianity and Islam, there are so many similarities amongst the conservative viewpoints. It wasn't until 9/11 that Muslims in this country became Democrats, they had always been overwhelmingly Republican before that. Anti-homosexuality, frowned on abortions, don't like 'handouts', pro-gun. They only switched when their party turned on them. |
