Give me a new fitness goal

I am beginning a weight loss journey. I've done couch to 5K before but would love recommendations on a fitness goal that offers a beginner level. Multi sport is fine. I'm open to anything outside of crossfit (ha).

Do the whole New Rules of Lifting for Women program. It takes about 6 months if you lift 3x a week.
