I like to wrap my nap time into my regular sleep time so 10 hours a night for me. I never feel groggy. But I don't have regular sleep hours. I may drift off at 3 or 5 am everyday. My husband unplugs the phone when he leaves at 5 am. I unplug it for him at 3 pm so he can nap when he gets home.
I love not living around a clock. When he retires I will teach him how to do the same. |

I used to be able to do this on Friday evenings during my first year of teaching. I had never experienced exhaustion like that. It was an amazing, deep, satisfying sleep. |
