NyQuil/DayQuil equivalent in Europe?

| I'm travel and woke up w a sore throat. Bummed to find that they don't sell NyQuil in Amsterdam. I got some throat spray from a pharmacist, it's not doing much. Any recommendations on what to ask for? |

| Not sure if they have it in the Netherlands but in the UK, it's Night Nurse and Day Nurse, or Lemsip. |
