Trying to decide where to treat myself, Coldstone Creamery or Baskin Robbins? Or just the grocery store? |
Clown Cone from Baskin Robbins, ALL THE DAMN WAY!!
But if you are looking for thick, creamy ice cream I do think Coldstone does it well. But you will have to pry clown cones from my cold, dead hands. They're the best! |
+1 I love those damn clown cones. I remember them being such a treat in my youth. My kids are now enjoying them too. |
Baskin Robbins. Coldstone gives me the runs. |
Baskin Robbins! |
Cold Stone has a bunch of stuff added to it so it stretches and holds in the mix-ins. It's horrible ice cream.
Baskin Robbins all the way (and I love their icing so much, clown cone poster! My mom was on first name basis with our local BR decorator growing up--we always had all ice cream cakes from there as kids), or maybe you should seek out gelato or custard. |
I think Baskin Robbins is awful and tastes of artificial flavors. Don't know that I've ever gotten Coldstone Ice Cream, I think I've only had their cakes, which I like. I wish their were more local, non-chain ice cream options in this area!
If I were you OP, I'd probably go to the grocery store and get a good, all-natural brand. |
World Class Chocolate at Baskin Robbins!!! |
Neither |
BR! |
Neither. Seriously, they are both terrible.
But if you HAVE to. BR is better for your plain, basic flavors - like chocolate and mint chip type of stuff. CC is better for the more exotic type/richer flavors |
Neither but CC if I had to choose |
Me too. And it wasn't even that good for the awful consequences. |
Gold Medal Ribbon from Baskin Robbins.
|
Coldstone is too dense. Baskin Robbins tastes like childhood. |
