ONE. That's the number of years so far that Trump could have released the files, particularly after his campaign promises to do so. It was always a strange promise given that he's shown up thousands of times across the files, and it took 1000 FBI agents to attempt to identify all those instances. "Went down on all 7 counts" refers to Rowland's conviction by a federal jury on all seven felony counts (conspiracy, obstruction of justice, and falsifying records) on that specific day in 2014 [1.8].
