How quickly does New Carrollton Metro fill up on weekdays?

I am thinking about catching Amtrak there instead of driving into the city. I need to leave my car, so I was curious about how quick the parking lot fills up. Thank you!

There is a metro and a non metro garage and they both fill up very fast. I drive in from Edgewater.
