Democratic Senate candidates are posting huge second-quarter fundraising hauls, which they see as a sign of momentum after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.

Michael Bennet is sitting on nearly 10 times the cash of his GOP challenger, the latest example of Democrats’ widening financial advantage as they vie to keep Senate control.

In an otherwise dismal political climate for Democrats, the Colorado senator posted $3.3 million over the past three months and has $8 million on hand as Election Day nears, the best fundraising quarter ever for the low-key second-term senator, his campaign told POLITICO. It’s a hefty advantage over his opponent, Republican Joe O’Dea, who raised $2 million, including $1 million of his own money, and has $840,000 on hand.

ed,” said Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.), the No. 4 party leader.

In Georgia, Democratic Sen. Raphael Warnock raised $17.2 million in the second quarter, spending big on TV ads but ending with $22 million on hand and blunting Republican Herschel Walker’s $6.2 million raised and $7 million cash on hand. Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) announced $13.6 million in second-quarter fundraising and Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-N.H.) raised more than $5 million as their opponents compete in late GOP primaries. Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto (D-Nev.) raised $7.5 million in the second quarter, her campaign announced Thursday morning.

I think the momentum is definitely on the side of the Democrats. Plus it’s only going to take a few pretty White girls dying of their planned pregnancies (that Paxton sued to prevent the treatment of) for even some hardened Republican voters to switch over. The GOP wants women powerless and with the threat of death hanging over them constantly and they want a christofascist nation. Not that many people want that hellscape.

I agree that very few conservatives want increased health risks for white women.
However, it's all a question of effective messaging, and fundraising is key.
The Democrats' message is now that it is the party of FREEDOM. The Republicans are the party of sadistic, Taliban control over women.

I know it doesn’t matter because Peter Thiel will still give him gobs of money, but this is pathetic fundraising for an R in Ohio with a national profile.

I don’t think anyone really likes Vance. He poops all over where he came from and kind of cavorts with the rich, but the rich don’t really want him either.

And that's an under count.

As bad as Trump was, there is NOTHING WORSE the GOP has done in American history than try to control what women do with their own bodies.

Their party is FINISHED

And there is also the Assault weapons the GOP refuses to ban while our children are being murdered in their schools and on their decorated bikes at a 4th of July parade

JD Vance knows full well that without his Grandmother's support he likely would have been just another angry , uneducated and unemployed white working class male shooting up a school

But he betrays where he came from by becoming a Trump syncophant, coming out saying " a woman's rights can be controlled by the state " and Pro Assault weapon

I hope there's also a ton of money being raised by House Dems... if not, hopefully some of these Senate campaigns that are already solid can help out the House Dems in contentious races.

He sounds like a fool. I know nothing but at least understand that you have to raise money to get elected and you have to do it around issues that concern voters. Duh doc.
